  1. You will receive an automated text message the day of the booking when your LUXE Professional is en route.

  2. We come prepared with a vacuum, various cleaning supplies, microfiber rags and a mop. If you prefer your cleaner to use your own supplies, we can accommodate that too. 

  3. Please ensure all surfaces are free of personal items, clutter or debris to receive the most thorough servicing.

  4. Your LUXE Professional will work top to bottom in your home cleaning everything from polishing the exterior of your kitchen cabinets to *dusting the baseboards (included in a DeLUXE Deep cleaning.)*

  5. Most clients prefer to be home for the first cleaning to get to know their cleaner and to point out any special requests. For recurring bookings, you do not have to be present for the cleaning. We can enter the home via access code door, hidden key, back door, etc. 

  6. Please note, if this is your first (LUXE Standard) service and the condition is less than fair/average (presence of mold, mildew, and soap scum, excessive dust, dirt and grime as well as lack of visibility of surfaces and clutter) we may charge an extra care fee of up to 50% of the estimated price. This fee depends on the booking circumstances, supplies used and time it takes to complete the service. We do our best to estimate the accurate pricing for most homes, however, it is impossible to give a flat rate for every home without doing an initial cleaning.

  7. Lastly, sit back, relax and let us take care of cleaning your home! There's nothing better than coming home to a freshly cleaned and spotless place after a long day. You will receive a booking complete text when the job is done as well as an opportunity to review and tip your professional.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Square footage is taken into consideration when determining your flat rate (LUXE Standard Service); therefore, we may use your local property appraiser or rental property's website to verify your home's square footage. If you'd prefer for us to exclude any particular areas or rooms, please contact our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service for this change to be considered in your final booking price.
